The company management considers that, in order to win markets and the trust of customers, one must pay special attention to the quality of the provided company products, and in this respect we prepared and declared the POLICY IN THE FIELD OF QUALITY.
The adopted policy in the field of quality is correlated with the other policies of the organisation and has the obvious goal to satisfy its customers by the quality of the provided products, to practice a convenient price to be obtained with minimum expenses, by using stable,
performing and reliable processes, without affecting the environment quality and under full security conditions. For the factors which influence quality, a control oriented towards the reduction, elimination and especially prevention of deficiencies was introduced.
Through the management commitment in relation to the establishment, implementation and preservation the Quality Management System, the intention and decision to enforce such a system were declared.
The implementation and achievement of the policy in the field of quality are supported by the management with full responsibility and authority, by ensuring the administrative, technical and organisational framework, including the human, material and financial resources.
The efficiency of the strategic goals, including the specific practical measures, of the implementation and maintenance thereof, is monitored periodically within the analyses conducted by the management and, when applicable, the necessary corrections are determined and implemented.
The management is convinced that by implementing the Quality Management System the profitability of the company is achieved and an important position on the market is insured.
